MEET THE BAND

NICK HARLOW

Lead Singer

Echoing the signature screams of metal legends such as Dickinson or Halford, Nick Harlow brings his own banshee-worthy vox to the stage. Being the face and voice of Conquer At Will since its inception, Harlow puts his unique voice and power into every energetic show he gives.
Born in Mahopac, Nick grew up in a family of musicians where he quickly became a fledgling guitarist and singer with decades of experience and insight inspiring his playing. Being the primary songwriter for C.A.W., the band and his aspirations are one in the same.

PETE BAKER

Guitarist/Backing Vox

Channeling the electric styles of both Randy Rhoads and Eddie Van Halen, Pete Baker delivers lightning fast solos and chilling vocal harmonies in a time-tested one-two punch.

Born in Queens, Pete grew up with his family blasting Van Halen hits, and was nearly born in a 1984 Z28 Camaro. He now owns a 1984 Z28 Camaro. Dust to dust.

Striving for a tone that's approved by the metal gods & balanced between saturated distortion, high end clarity, and powerful low-end, Pete runs a Peavey 6505+ (USA Made), BOSS Pedalboard, and either an orange OLP MusicMan Axis Clone or a black Jackson Rhoads with taped EVH stripes. Eagle eyed fans will notice a signature on his Jackson. This is the signature of Joe Basara (♱), a good man and fellow lover of classic metal & Randy Rhoads (May both R.I.P.).

SHANE CHESTER

Guitarist/Backing Vox

With rock & metal chops not heard since the heyday of Robbin Crosby, Shane Chester brings the skill of a guitar virtuoso to Conquer At Will. Onstage, Shane's riffs and perfect hair stand out for everyone in the crowd.

When playing live, Shane achieves a warm vintage tone through the use of a Marshall AVT150H head and a custom-built Kramer.(📸: Joe Mack's Event Photography)

SCÜB THE DÜDE

Bassist

Known for plugging in and turning it up to 11, Scüb brings an attitude and thunder to shows unseen since Motörhead. He lives by the motto ♠️ Die Now, Save Time ♠️ and is the proud owner of a 1979 BMW Rabbit (And a 1978 Chevy Malibu).

Onstage, Scüb runs a Gibson Bass into a vintage Marshall Super Bass Head, the same head used by music legends such as Lemmy Kïlmister, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, and more. Scüb is a true vintage rocker in the modern era.

MIKE GEMINI

Drummer

Mike Gemini is the face of 80s rock revival, inspired by legends such as Guns n' Roses, Aerosmith, and the great John Bonham. Mike came up with the name "Gemini" during his time as a wrestler, likely because he was as strong as two people. Or, you know, because he liked the name Gemini.

"WHY SHOULD I CARE ABOUT YOUR BAND?"

... And other fun questions you can hurt our feelings with

Every band is just a group of people who spend too much time around each other, and either learn to live with hating            each other, or break up. Since breaking up isn't an option (We really like playing this music), we choose to hate each               other. Every day we each wake up, look in the mirror, and say to ourselves "You're the most important and talented                  member of this band. Everyone else is screwed without you." Of course, the other 4 members are wrong and I'm the              most important member, but that's their problem.

To answer the question, we really enjoy seeing you awesome people at our shows. If you show up to hear our                         music and cheer for us, I want to buy you a drink (Assuming you're 21). We put a lot of time and effort into these                   songs, and while that doesn't make us better than other bands automatically, we REALLY care about how we                   sound, how we look, and the show we give you. We aren't kids playing the part of rock stars, we're people trying to give you the full package: Great music, great shows, and fun.

Every second you spend listening to our music should be time well spent. The quality should be good, and you should enjoy it. If you don't, I personally invite you to message us about how much we suck. Even better, come out to a show and let us know you hate or love us by drunkenly yelling "Freebird!" Someday we just might play it.
